RMR Automation Services, LLC is an owner/operator business that specializes in preventive maintenance work to the commercial food and beverage processing industries, with over 27 years’ experience in this field.
Some of the services we perform are a complete CIP pm service, valve cluster rebuilds, production room valve rebuilds, gasket replacement and airline replacement.
Our Preventive Maintenance Services have improved product quality. Customers can can save space and money by reducing parts inventory.
The services include but not limited to the following examples:
CIP Service:
- CIP Supply pump seal replacement
- CIP Detergent pumps and hoses
- Remove and rebuild the CIP skid air valves
- CIP skid gasket replacement
- Inspect, repair & replace CIP skid airlines
Airline replacement:
- Poly-flo tubing replacement
- Inspect / replace bulkhead fittings
- Remove and replace the Synflex airline
- Inspect / replace valve airline fitting
- Verification of correct valve operation
Valve Cluster Rebuild:
- Removal and rebuild of the air valves
- Inspect / replace spring checks and check balls
- Verification of correct valve operation
Production / Blend Room Service:
- Removal and rebuild of the air valves
- Valve body gasket replacement
- Return pump seal replacement
- Inspection for leaks and correct valve operation
- Remove and replace the Synflex airline
Upon completion of service, a detailed written report of work performed, and condition evaluation of your equipment will be provided.
